BEYOND RIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Beyond Ride, Compassionate Medical Transportation (“Beyond Ride”), a Washington-based leader in premium medical transportation located at 2250 Sidney Ave, Port Orchard, WA 98366, and the undersigned client facility.

WHEREAS:
Beyond Ride delivers exceptional, safe, and dignified medical transportation, serving frail, elderly, and differently-abled individuals with unparalleled care.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

Beyond Ride shall provide world-class transportation services.

• Highly trained professional drivers certified in CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, Emergency Procedures, Bariatric Transport, and Customer Service.
  
  
• State-of-the-art vehicles, meticulously maintained and fully insured.
  
  
• Passengers are always properly secured, with staff providing assistance with patience, respect, and care.

Beyond Ride primarily operates within Kitsap, Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties. Extended or specialized trips may be arranged by mutual agreement.

6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days per week.

Premium hours apply outside standard operating times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation shall be according to Exhibit A.

• Invoices issued monthly; payable within 30 days.
  
  
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly charge or $40 minimum, ensuring seamless operational continuity.

No-Contract Ever Agreement:

• This Agreement is indefinite, continuing without limitation until terminated.
  
  
• Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
  
  
• Beyond Ride shall be entitled to full payment for all services rendered up to the effective termination date.

Beyond Ride maintains comprehensive general liability and automobile insurance for all vehicles, providing complete peace of mind.

Both parties shall protect all confidential business and medical information in accordance with the highest standards of corporate compliance.

Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Washington State law.

Beyond Ride operates as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or affiliate of the client.

This is a Non-Contact Ever Agreement. Clients shall not contact Beyond Ride drivers or staff directly outside of this Agreement. All communications must be routed through Beyond Ride management, ensuring operational efficiency and professional oversight.
